FAQs

  • You’ll have your own project to work on. You probably have something you want to do but haven’t been getting to (we all do!). This is an opportunity to get it done while learning new skills and a new way of being around money.

  • Money projects in this course are things you want to do but can’t seem to do without stress.

You might have something else in mind or you may be unsure about whether your project can be done in four weeks.

You’re also free to put several small projects together (filing paperwork, filling out forms, etc.)

Reach out to us to ask us about what you have in mind and we’ll let you know whether it’s right for the course.

  • Yes! This is a project-based course. This course will take you through the experience of getting something done. Before the start of the course, I’ll ask you to identify the project you’re working on.

If you want to keep calm around money but aren’t sure what project to work on, take a look at the FAQ above. Also, feel free to reach out to ask about whether your project is appropriate.

  • If you get through your project well before the end of the course, we’ll celebrate you! You’re then welcome to start another project (we all have a backlog, right?) or to go deeper into the course content.

  • This is a course about getting things done with ease and establishing new habits, so the course content is going to reflect that.

I’m happy to offer you my knowledge and guidance but am also going to encourage you to tap into your own genius throughout the process.

I’m assuming you have a good idea of what you need to do and that you want strategies to help you do them.

Also, know that I’m not a tax professional and can’t answer tax questions specific to your situation.

  • I have a special place in my heart for artists and creatives, but this course is open to all. I love seeing a mix of people, professions and backgrounds in my workshops. We all have a lot to learn from each other.

  • I’d love for you to come to the calls but if you can’t, I understand. Life happens! You can watch the call recordings to make up for the classes.

Here’s a reminder — you get what you put into the course! If you can’t attend the call, there are other ways to get help, like asking for help in our Slack group. I encourage you to ask for as much help as you can.

  • Since we’re working to get a real project done, you’ll want to allot approximately 5 hours a week.

The course itself is an 1 1/4 hours a week for the calls plus an optional hour for co-working sessions. If you’re active in the Slack group, you can calculate that time as well.

  • These Zoom sessions are optional. We’ll meet on Mondays at 3 - 4 pm ET. You can drop in anytime. You’ll set an intention for the session. And then we get to work!
